Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all JapanToys designer tags and labels are still intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
